Missed opportunity registration is on Thursday, September 16, 2010, from 5-8 pm, at the Arcola East Community Centre.

huge interest in all areas of fitness and always wanting to become a fitness leader but "scared" to make the step. She finally took that step
in 2006 and has never looked back. Wendy's favorite classes to instruct are Body Blast, Cycle/Spin and Core focus classes. It is with great excitement that Wendy is part of the fitness team for AECA as of April 2010.
