Track Information

ORDER YOUR AECA MEMBERSHIP AND TRACK PASS ONLINE

Please note an online transaction fee of 2.9% plus .55 cents is included in each of the following memberships and track passes below.  An additional shipping and handling fee of .75 cents is also charged to mail out the Membership and/or Track Card and Confirmation Forms.  The AECA Membership is good until August 31, 2008.

Step 2– Order a Track Pass Card
(Skip this step if you already have a Track Pass Card)

Track Pass Card Deposit Fee 
($10.00 Track Card Deposit Fee + .84 Transaction Fee + .75 Shipping & Handling = $11.04 Total)
Note: The $10.00 Track Card Deposit Fee minus transaction and shipping fees is refundable when card is returned.

(Note: AECA Membership and Track Pass Card Required. Please include which months you wish to start and stop with your 4 or 12 month track pass purchase in the “Optional Instructions” section of the payment.)

4 Month Track Pass

12 Month Track Pass (Note: AECA Membership and Track Card Required)
($80.00 Track Fee + 2.87 Transaction Fee + .75 Shipping & Handling = $83.62 Total)

 

 

 

 

 

The track is located at the Arcola East Community Centre (AECC). The
AECC is located at 3860 Buckingham Drive (on the corner of Buckingham
Drive and Windsor Park Road, in the Windsor Park subdivision).

The track is 88m long for the inside lane, and 100 m for the outside lane.
The track is used for walking and jogging. It is also used to teach Beginner
Walking Clinic, Power Walking, and Running classes.

The AECC walking track can be found on the second floor of the Arcola East Community Centre.

· The Track at the new Arcola East Community Centre has been open since January 1, 2001. A TrackPass (an electronic card key) will be required by each person accessing the Track. A valid Community Association Membership (any City of Regina membership) is also required.

· The AECC Track now operates year round.

· Please see the TrackPass Registration form for membership information.

· If you are a current TrackPass holder, please retain your access card for renewal.

Each person accessing the track MUST HAVE A TRACK PASS!

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday - 5:30 am - 1pm; 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm (8:00pm-8:30 joint with classes)
Saturday - 5:30 am - 9:30 am; 12 pm - 8 pm
Sunday - 5:30 am - 8:00 pm
These hours also include holidays!

Track Pass Membership Costs:

Must register your track pass by September 30, 2007, to get the early bird rate of $80 for the entire year. After September 1, 2007, you can purchase at least 4 consecutive months at a cost of $10 per month (or $40). All passes will be charged a $10.00 refundable deposit.

You must also be a member of the Arcola East Community Association in order to access the track.
