Listed above are the links that will direct you to all the programming that AECA has in the community. We hope that you will enjoy the classes that are offered in this area. The AECA Winter 2008 Programming Guide will be delivered to all Regina Households during the week of January TBD, 2008. Please note that the AECA Website and January 2008 AECA Newsletter will reflect correct and accurate programming (including dates, times, locations, and prices!). The Programming Guide is a guide to provide Regina residents with an idea of what programming is available in your community!
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
You must register for programs in person at the designated registration times and places below. It is first come, first served. You MAY NOT register early for ANY programs. AECA residents have first priority.....Classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.
Tuesday, January TBD, 2008, 6:30 - 7:30 pm - W.F. Ready School
Thursday, January TBD, 2008, 5:00 - 8:00 pm - AECC
Saturday, January TBD, 2008, 11:00 am - 12:30 pm - AECC
· NO telephone registrations, unless noted in the AECA Newsletter
· NO showing up for a class and registering for it there! Most classes are full by the time they have started!
· NO late registrations, unless class has been re-advertised in the newsletter. Decisions as to whether classes run are made on Saturday, January 20, 2007, due to start date of programs. If you miss registration for Fitness Classes, you will be charged the full drop in rate of $5.00 per class if you do not register during registration times. If you do not register, you run the risk of a class that you want not running OR the class is full.
These procedures are to make registering for programs a simple and easy process.
AECA accepts cash or cheque only at the time of registration. We do not have Interac, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We are currently testing out online payment methods for our membership and track bookings.
REFUND POLICY
NO refunds after January 20th, 2008. Request must be made to the Recreation Programmer . You must have your receipt. Amount of refund will be based whether or not you attended the first class. Refunds after that point may be considered with very special circumstances. Admin fee of $10 will be charged. In the event of a returned cheque, an admin fee of $10 will also be charged.
No refunds under $10 or on memberships.
REMEMBER.....you must have a valid community association card for 2007-2008 in order to register for programs. If you live outside the AECA area, you are invited to attend our registration nights as noted. Residents living OUTSIDE the AECA area can register for programs from 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm. AECA residents are given first priority from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm.
