Arcola East Community Centre Walking Track Rules Rules Effective September 5, 2023
Your Track Pass (access card or fob) is activated for the dates you have specified. The card/fob allows you to access the track by unlocking the main doors and the track door. Please swipe your card near the BLACK card readers to the right of each door. You will hear a CLICK which is the signal the door is unlocked. The main doors have a ‘’Door Open” alarm that will sound if the doors do not close within 45 seconds. If you hear the alarm, please check that the doors are closed properly. Monday – Friday5:30 AM - 10:25 AM 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM2:15 PM – 9:30 PM (NOT 10:25-11:45 AM or 12:45-2:15 PM)
Saturday 5:30 AM – 9:45 AM 11:15 AM – 9:30 PM (NOT 9:45-11:15 AM) Sunday5:30 AM – 9:30 PM
PLEASE VACATE THE BUILDING BY 9:30 PM
Strollers will be allowed on the track. Please ensure stroller wheels are clean. IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL PLEASE DO NOT COME TO WALK
Proper indoor footwear is required – no outdoor shoes please.
Occasionally there may be activities scheduled on the track during Track Pass access times – please be aware that notices will be posted in advance of an activity.
Track Passes are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Absolutely no food or drinks allowed on the track except water in water bottles.
Absolutely no roller blades.
Slow traffic please use the inside lane.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please be courteous. Remember that others can hear you while you are on your cell phone.
Please do not wear cologne or perfumes.
Your Track Pass may be revoked by the AECA executive if you fail to comply with these rules.
In case of the fire alarm sounding, please leave immediately as the alarms are monitored. No need to phone the Fire Department.Other emergency announcements may be aired through the intercom system, please listen carefully and act accordingly.

REPLACEMENT COST FOR LOST CARD/FOB IS $15.00
