Wednesday 7:00-8:00 p.m. Cost $120.00 Instructor – TBD September 13 – December 13 (14 wks.) ** AECC Infill ** Total Body Sculpt is a muscle-toning class. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and burning calories by guiding you through a range of traditional and non-traditional weight training exercises. This sculpting class uses body weight, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets to tighten and tone all areas. A challenging yet easy to follow workout that is suitable for all ages.

How you exercise matters, and this class will help guide you through appropriate exercises to help manage your changing hormones and energy levels.
