Next Level (Peri and Post Menopause Fitness) Thursday 7-8 p.m. Cost $125.00 Class limit 12 Instructor - Adele Sept. 12-Dec. 12 (14 weeks) **AECC MP** No class Feb. 19, Apr. 1 This class is open to all but is specifically geared to address the challenges of peri-menopause and menopause stages of life. How you exercise matters, and this class will help guide you through appropriate exercises to help manage your changing hormones and energy levels. The class will include building core strength, lifting HEAVY, mobility, High Intensity cardio plus a nutrition and lifestyle support.
All Levels Daytime Fitness - Strength and Mobility - Tuesday Tuesday 9:30-10:30 a.m. Cost $125.00 Class limit 12 Instructor - Alicia Sept. 10-Dec. 10 (14 weeks) **AECC MP** A daytime fitness class to build muscular strength, improve cardiovascular health and mobility to help you move and play with ease. We will lift weights and perform functional movements to build strength improve balance and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all abilities; progressions and regressions will be provided to find the right level of challenge for everyone.
This gentle class is perfect for those interested in improving range of motion, mobility and core strength. A variety of movements, props and styles will be utilized to keep both your body and mind engaged. The first half of the class we focus on movement and strength and in the second half of the class we settle into longer held stretches to help us relax and improve the range of motion of our joints. Inspiration for this class is provided by traditional fitness movements and stretches, Pilates and Yoga.
