Registration for 2024-2025 Year Begins March 1
The AECA is once again looking forward to offering our preschool program at the Arcola East Community Centre.
Registration for alumni families (families of children who have previously been enrolled) will begin on February 26, 2024. Registration opens to the public on March 1 at 9 a.m.
Enrollment is not limited to families who live in the Arcola East community but a $5 AECA membership fee is required to register. Registration costs $60 (non-refundable).
All children must be potty trained and be three years old by September 2024.

Who We Are
Who are we
At Arcola East preschool we pride ourselves in implementing a learning-through-play philosophy. This type of program allows children to learn to make sense of the world around them. Through a play-based curriculum, children develop imagination, social and cognitive skills, they mature emotionally and gain the self-confidence required to problem solve, make decisions and work with others.
Morning classes will have a maximum of 20 kids. Afternoon classes have a maximum of 15 children. All classes are led by two teaching staff. Our day consists of calendar, craft, free play ( both fine and gross motor) snack and story/song time.
We celebrate special days such as Easter, Halloween, Birthdays, etc., as well as fun theme days like Colour or Silly Hat days. We are always open to learning and celebrating things that may not be as common to all of us, such as Chinese New Year.

Class A (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (4 year olds) $1,950 for the year or $195/month
Class B (Tuesday, Thursday) 9:00 a.m. – 11: 30 a.m. $1,500 for the year or $150/month
Class C (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 12:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. (4 year olds) $1,950 for the year or $195/month
Classes begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, and the last day of school will be Monday, June 17, 2025.
