Class Summary: AECA Winter 2026
The Winter 2026 Session will run from Monday January 5th to Friday May 15th. There will be no fitness classes February 14 - 20 inclusive and April 3 - 9 inclusive. No Volleyball, Basketball February 14-22 and Apr3-12 inclusive.
Registration will be as follows:
Early registration for participants in Fall session starts on December 7 @ 9:00 am
AECA residents - December 14 @ 9:00 am, Out of area residents - December 28 @ 9:00 am
Note: The sports programming (basketball, volleyball) will run from September to May, so there will not be a winter registration period for these programs. No early registration link will be provided to past participants for the fall registration.
As a community association, we believe our programs have an important role in the social, emotional, and physical well-being of the residents of Arcola East and the surrounding area. We are looking forward to offering programs this summer to our community.

The Arcola East Community Association has a variety of fitness classes including Cardio, Body Sculpt, and Yoga. As well, the community association includes children’s programs such as dance, a home alone course, and a babysitting course. All classes are held at the Arcola East Community Centre. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. All instructors are properly certified to teach the class they are teaching.

Program Refund Policy
Pro-rated Program refunds are permitted up to and including the second class for Fitness, Adult, and Children's programs. To request a refund email [email protected] stating the reason for the refund request or call 306-525-3401-Box 2. All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administration fee. After the second class, a participant withdrawal refund will be considered on an individual basis. Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $10.
Skating and Skills Refund Policy - Administration fee of $50 will be charged after cancellation and the spot cannot be filled. For more information please email [email protected]
Online Waitlist Policy
When space becomes available in a class, the participant on the waitlist will be contacted via email and given 24 hours to register for the available space.
