Registration Policy - 2024/2025
The Arcola East Community Association (“AECA”) serves the Arcola East area of Regina and aims to provide inclusive, cost-effective programming to our residents.
Fall Registration:
Fall registration will open August 25, 2024, at 9 a.m. for Arcola East residents (postal code beginning in S4V). City-wide registration
will open September 1, 2024, at 9 a.m.
The sports programming (basketball, pickleball and volleyball) will run September-May, so there will not be a winter registration period for these programs.
No early registration link will be provided to past participants for the fall registration period.
Winter Registration:
Registration for AECA winter sessions will open to all Arcola East residents on December 15 at 9 a.m., and end on Dec. 28 at 6 p.m. Out-of-area residents can register as of 9 a.m. on Dec. 29.
Early registration for current program participants begins on Dec. 8 at 9 a.m., and runs until Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. An email will be sent to all Fall 2024 particiants.
Participants of the fall programs will be provided with an early registration link to the winter session of the program in which they are enrolled to give them priority before opening registration to Arcola East residents, and then city-wide residents.
